The founder's mission is to enhance efficiency and success in the industry, setting a new standard for kitchen showrooms nationwide.

Involvement

When KBB Suite approached MVP Masters, we began by thoroughly understanding the unique challenges of the kitchen cabinet industry. We spent three weeks conducting in-depth research, using frameworks like BRIDGeS and the Value Proposition Canvas to pinpoint key pain points and opportunities. This initial groundwork was essential in shaping the development plan for KBB Suite.

Our goal was to create a CRM/ERP system that would truly serve the needs of kitchen showrooms, not just in terms of functionality but also in user experience. We adopted an Agile approach, holding weekly meetings to ensure alignment and flexibility throughout the project. Regular discovery sessions with actual users helped us validate new features and refine the system to ensure it met real-world needs.

KBB Suite incorporates modules like Quoting, Finance, Order Management, and a Dashboard for Reports, which provide kitchen showrooms with tools to manage and streamline their operations. The system was built using a Serverless architecture to balance scalability with cost-efficiency. We used PostgreSQL for handling complex data and DynamoDB to ensure speed when managing large volumes of data. AWS Cognito was integrated for secure user authentication, and Terraform facilitated reliable infrastructure management.

Our work began with the client’s personal kitchen and cabinet showroom business, where we helped them transition from manual processes to a fully digital solution. Once this internal validation was achieved, we expanded the system into a SaaS offering, enabling the client to sell KBB Suite to other kitchen cabinet showrooms.
